Terms and Conditions for Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research

Welcome to the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research ("the Journal"). By submitting an article, accessing our services, or making any payments, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All articles submitted to the Journal undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure quality and relevance.
Acceptance or rejection of articles is at the sole discretion of the Editorial Board.
By submitting an article, authors acknowledge and agree to abide by the ethical publishing standards outlined by the Journal.
The Journal charges an Article Publication Charge (APC) for accepted articles. The APC covers editorial processes, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, and maintenance.
Payment of the APC is mandatory after the article is accepted for publication.
The APC amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to post-publication withdrawal requests, dissatisfaction with the publication, or changes in author preferences.
No Refunds: Once an article is approved for publication and the APC payment is made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Authors are advised to carefully review their article and confirm their commitment to publication before making the APC payment.
The Journal is an open-access platform, and all published articles are made available online for global access. As such, no physical copies of the Journal or individual articles are shipped.
Authors or readers who require printed copies can request them at an additional cost. Shipping charges and timelines for printed copies will be communicated at the time of the request and are subject to geographical location.
Authors retain copyright over their articles but grant the Journal a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted content, compliance with ethical standards, and adherence to the Journal’s submission guidelines.
Any disputes arising from plagiarism or data integrity will result in the rejection or retraction of the article.
The Journal and its publishers make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content published.
The publishers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of published content.
The Science Brigade Publishers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the Journal’s website.
