Banks have been at the forefront of adopting modern technologies to ensure higher efficiency, convenience, and ease of use. The ongoing revolution from traditional banking to digital-first practices has put automation and artificial intelligence (AI) at the core of banking operations. Several customer-centric use cases of AI technology have been studied very well.
