Abstract

Retail supply chain is a complex network that includes many circulation centers and hundreds of suppliers. When goods are delivered from the factory to retailing, including the warehouse and the terminal sales outlets, it forms a retail supply chain channel. The key to retailers' competition is dealing with suppliers and other issues in the channel service level.
