Abstract

It is increasingly important for insurance companies to adapt to the changing nature of consumers, who have diverse needs and demand coverage tailored to their particular lifestyle or specific event. Moreover, insurers operating in that sector of the market are facing intense competition that erodes their profit margins. To help tackle these challenges, customer segmentation has attracted growing scholarly and managerial interest.
