Abstract

Insurance is a sector where being able to provide quality customer service is critical in an increasingly competitive market. It is equally well-suited to the application of AI, with a vast array of opportunities to improve customer interactions. The majority of these are improving for the customer what can be a frustrating backlog of queries, such as policy and price queries via the supply of AI chatbots.
