Abstract

The existing strategies to promote health typically involve generic interventions and often reach only a relatively small portion of the population, mostly high-risk individuals, even though these individuals account for only a small percentage of the population's health problems. Allowing individuals to change their health behaviors can help lower the risks of many physical and mental disorders.
