Abstract

Personalized approaches are becoming pivotal for modern health care. For many years, standard clinical protocols would assume that every patient with the same symptoms should receive the same type of treatment. However, everyone can have different genotypes, backgrounds, symptoms, and various treatment histories. Therefore, personalized medicine suggests that treatment be customized for the individual characteristics of each patient.
