Ensuring and sustaining software quality is a perpetual challenge for organizations in the dynamic realm of software development. This review article delves into the identification and analysis of shared challenges faced by organizations in their ongoing pursuit of software quality. Drawing insights from real-world experiences, industry surveys, and academic research, the article aims to provide a holistic understanding of the multifaceted challenges that impact software quality maintenance. By shedding light on these challenges, this review article aims to assist organizations in developing strategies to overcome hurdles and enhance their software quality assurance practices.
