Drawing insights from real-world experiences, industry surveys, and academic research, the article aims to provide a holistic understanding of the multifaceted challenges that impact software quality maintenance. By shedding light on these challenges, this review article aims to assist organizations in developing strategies to overcome hurdles and enhance their software quality assurance practices.
